This year, we’re bringing it back home to Georgia!!

We will NOT be roughing it in the woods like a survival camp.

Our group site includes:

• Private restrooms

• Hot/cold showers

• Two large bonfire areas

• A creek running through the site

• Covered shelters/pavilions

So you get the nature experience without feeling like you’re completely roughing it.

No driving across the park at 2 a.m.

No sharing with the whole campground.

So yep… it’s still camping.

But more like “grown folks like to be” comfortable, camping.

So you can completely enjoy

WHERE WE’LL BE

This year’s Spring BLACKout Campout is tucked into the rolling hills of Georgia’s upper Piedmont region, just outside the small town of Royston (about 40 min east of Athens). It’s one of those quiet, scenic parts of North Georgia that people don’t talk about much, but once you’ve been, you remember it.

This part of North Georgia isn’t steep mountains or rocky overlooks. Instead, it’s known for:

Rolling hills

Hardwood forests

Open fields and farmland

Quiet streams and backroads

The park itself feels tucked away and peaceful, but you’re still within driving distance of nearby towns.

It’s the kind of place that feels calm, spacious, and a little removed from the noise of everyday life . . . perfect for a Spring weekend reset!
